Review Evidence. Inspectable material left by a review pass so another person can see what was checked, what changed, what remains uncertain, and which human-only decision is still required. Review evidence is not approval; it is the record that makes approval accountable.
Review evidence should preserve sensitivity labels when it includes evidence, prompts, artifacts, or operational records that not every reviewer may inspect. It should also preserve or reference the relevant retention policy, so review artifacts do not quietly outlive or underlive the material they summarize.
